T-ShirtPros / David K's T-Shirt Printing goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time and are of the highest quality. We, after all, are human and make mistakes. It is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.
We accept returns and will refund payment if you are disappointed by our merchandise because:
- The items themselves are materially flawed.
- The quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations.
- The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
Please call and speak to a customer service representative for return and refund information. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number.
